At Walking the Talk Foundation, we believe lasting change begins when communities work together. This Mandela Day, we partnered with Macsteel, ONOMO Hotel, and dedicated volunteers to uplift Isipingo Hills Primary School, West Park Special School, and RP Moodley School.
Volunteers used more than 400 litres of paint, generously donated by Macsteel, to refresh Isipingo Hills Primary School’s entrance gate and perimeter fencing, creating a brighter and more welcoming environment for learners.
The day also included visits to West Park Special School and RP Moodley School, while ONOMO Hotel supported the initiative by helping with the painting project and donating food packs to learners and their families.
Stronger Communities Through Partnership
This initiative was made possible through the generosity of our partners and volunteers. Together, we showed how collaboration can create meaningful, lasting change for schools and the communities they serve.
As Nelson Mandela said, “What counts in life is the difference we have made to the lives of others.” At Walking the Talk Foundation, we remain committed to building stronger schools, empowering communities, and creating brighter futures, one project at a time.
